Client Relationship Manager

As part of our continued growth strategy, we are actively looking to expand our eSourcing & Supply Chain team by recruiting a Client Relationship Manager (CRM). We are committed to growing our market share of the Supply Chain sector, and build on the extensive list of our partners which includes the likes of HS2, Sizewell C, Network Rail, The New Hospital Programme, Heathrow and UK Parliament. The Role Operating as our Supply Chain CRM, you will be responsible for: – Effective end-to-end account management of our Supply Chain partners Regular stakeholder engagement Performing the role of product champion Providing intelligent reporting Sourcing new partner opportunities to develop the commercial strategic objectives Researching and identifying partner opportunities through social engagement Successful onboarding of new partners in accordance with agreed approach Proactively reviewing and updating onboarding processes to drive the partner experience. Working to and delivering against commercial KPI’s and overall revenue delivery Supporting the development of product collateral for wider supply chain business engagement Develop and maintain a proactive approach to developing and maintaining a level of supply chain sector. Attending industry external events Delivery of online demos, presentations and training Effective CRM (Salesforce) maintenance Contributing to the overall objectives of the eSourcing & Supply Chain team About You As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following attributes: Strong account management experience, ideally within a B2B and or B2G commercial environment. Experience of working within a technology environment highly desirable. Exposure to delivering online demonstrations and / or training onboarding. Experience of being the designated ‘product champion’. Track record of working to and exceeding sales KPI’s. Pro-active in approach; and wants to take ownership for delivering success.

Head of Finance

The Head of Finance will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of our organization. This is a senior leadership position which requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial management, budgeting, and analysis, all achieved with exposure to a SME commercial environment. Reporting into the CFO and with responsibility for leading a small Finance team, you will have a proven track record of implementing financial best practices, driving efficiency, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making and the realisation of our growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership across the business. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls. Working with and developing the financial understanding of the senior management team Managing and developing relationships with key external partners Financial Planning and Analysis: Working with the CFO, actively contribute to the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance. Attend Board meetings and present the financial performance and analysis of the business. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the stability of the organization. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in financial regulations. Cash Flow Management: Manage and optimize cash flow to support operational needs and growth initiatives. Implement strategies to improve working capital efficiency. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the finance department. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant, with minimum 2 years post qualifying experience. Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within an SME environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
