We value the importance of colleague feedback, and the positive role it can play as we continually evolve, and develop, our community. That is why, every quarter, we ask for feedback on how we are performing, and what more can, and should, we do to make BiP a great place to work.
It has been great to see the ongoing progression and positive feedback received. Our continuous focus is on what more we can, and should, do to make BiP a great place to work.
Recognising, and rewarding, the great work that our colleagues and teams deliver is so important to our community, and our focus on creating a culture of high performance and growth. We deliver a range of activities to recognise and celebrate talent throughout the year, but we love how that culminates in our Annual Recognition Awards.
Regardless of a colleague’s role within the business, we are committed to ensuring that all colleagues understand our products and services and the marketplace in which BiP operates. Our objective is to create a knowledgeable community. Each month we host a range of sessions to build colleagues’ understanding of our overall business and how we are collectively performing throughout the year.
We recognise and place real value on the importance of playing a positive role in the communities in which we operate.
Over many years, we have been proud to work with both national and local charities to support the amazing work they do. In addition, we also encourage our colleagues to get involved in supporting the charities which are close to their heart, via our paid Community Days.
Our Senior Leadership Team set the strategic direction and drive the operational performance of the business. They are also responsible for creating a positive working environment and sense of community. The team are aligned to leading through 'Our Ways of Working'.
