The BiP ONE Programme aims to further develop and foster collaboration, purpose, recognition, and productivity across all employees within the business. Bringing together both existing and new initiatives, the programme features three main workstreams;

We want our employees to develop their career within BiP. We therefore recognise the importance of providing clear routes for employee development. Operating with both a monthly and an annual Outstanding Contribution Award, this provides an opportunity to recognise and reward the talent we have within our business. It’s also a great way to champion the great work of your colleagues. This all culminates in our Annual Employee Recognition Awards.

BiP celebrated their Annual Employee Recognition Awards 2019 at The Village Hotel in June.

The event provided the opportunity to recognise and reward the significant contributions of employees, at both an individual and team level, during the financial year.

To ensure you are keeping in touch with the performance of the business, we host Quarterly Business Updates not only to provide you with details on our financial performance but also to share with you key developments across our products, our market and our people.

It’s important that our employees can help shape and influence how we develop the business. Whether it is being invited to attend the monthly Meet the CEO session or taking part in our Annual Employee Engagement Survey, you’ll have a platform to share your ideas. But you don’t need to wait to be invited to share your feedback as you’ll be encouraged to take advantage of our open-door policy across the business.

Realising Dreams Foundation

With an annual donation of £30,000 from BiP Solutions, the Foundation hopes to play its part in helping to change many young people’s lives by removing the barriers they face to accessing education, skills and employment. This initiative was founded by our own Executive Chairman, Ron Burges, to support young people who have not been able to realise their dreams through a lack of funding.

Since being founded, we have continued to sponsor the education of 17 children in Tanzania. We have provided them with pupil sponsorship, teaching materials and a minibus.

Internal Charity Team

Our internal charity team have made fantastic efforts to raise money for the Realising Dreams Foundation over the years. We pull together a range of charity events throughout the year in order to achieve this; from race nights, to seasonal fundraisers, to monthly dress-down days.
