We believe that through our overall responsible business practices, we can support a sustainable and inclusive future for all.

Environmental Impact

As part of our 40th Anniversary programme, we are partnering with Ecologi as part of our broader commitment to realising our environmental objectives.

Through our partnership, our pledge is to plant two-trees every month of 2024, on behalf of every member of Team BiP. This means that each month we will be funding c260 trees being planted across a range of environmental projects. In addition, we will also be working with Ecologi on their carbon reduction projects. Giving Back - 2024

As part of our BiP ONE Giving Back Strategy and to celebrate our 40th anniversary throughout 2024, we are proud to be collaborating with four charity partners, representing our four decades in business.

We want to make a positive impact within our local communities as well as wider society.

Our four charities were selected by engaging with our colleagues who nominated the charities they are passionate about. We are delighted to be supporting the smazing work of our four partners and contributing to their organisations’ goals through a combination of fundraising activities and the use of our colleagues’ Community Days.

Our governance framework ensures compliance with industry standards, in terms of both ISO and Cyber Security accreditation with the purpose of fostering transparency, accountability, and continual improvement across all our organisational processes.  Our people are at the core of the business and we are committed Living Wage Employer.
