Event Coordinator

Reporting into our Head of Events Development, we are looking to recruit an and Event Coordinator to join our talented team. About the Role: As Event Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of events—from planning through to execution. You’ll support stakeholder engagement (internal and external), contribute to event marketing plans, and be on-site during events to help ensure seamless delivery. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to all aspects of the events lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of events from concept to delivery. Manage stakeholder communications and relationships. Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans for each event. Ensure effective use of digital platforms and tools for event promotion and registration. Attend events on-site to support operations and logistics. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a commercial events function, ideally within the business sector.
