Business Update

Each month we bring the team together to share what has been happening across the business and highlight key successes.

Market Sessions

We host regular sessions to highlight to the team what is happening in our market, key developments and how that intelligence can be in-turn beneficial via our customer engagement.

Product Demos

To ensure all colleagues understand our portfolio, we regularly deliver product demos across all teams. In addition, and to continually improve the overall customer experience, we host collaboration sessions with colleagues from Product, Marketing and Sales.

Events

We provide colleagues the opportunity to attend our live / online events as part of developing their knowledge of our product and overall service offering. This also provides colleagues the opportunity to engage directly with our customer base.

CEO Lunch

The lunch provides an opportunity for groups of colleagues to engage with the CEO on what is happening across the business; as well as providing him with an operational understanding across the different departments.

In Focus

On a regular basis, an identified area of the business will host a session to highlight the role of their team, what they are responsible for and how they contribute to the overall performance of the business.
