Time to recognise talent at awards 2022

People are the most valuable asset of any business; without our talented individuals and hardworking teams we would not be able to deliver such a great service to clients.

It’s why BiP Solutions runs the GO Awards – a celebration of people and procurement.

And it’s why we run our own in-house awards to show appreciation of our staff, which provides our Senior Management Team a great opportunity to recognise colleagues across the company.

The annual awards are back! 

After two very long years, the BiP One Annual Employee Recognition Awards is back in person at the Village Hotel, Glasgow, and staff are excited to finally get together in person once more.

Our Employee Recognition Awards are undoubtedly the highlight of our annual employee engagement and rewards programme and both staff and managers are looking forwards to letting their hair down and celebrating all that has been achieved.

The annual awards is a much-anticipated evening of entertainment, food, drink and dancing on the cards – not the tables!

We have many new faces at the company who have never experienced this annual highlight and we hope to give them a night to remember – as well as the anticipation of who will win new employee of the year!

What are the categories?

All members of staff have the chance to vote for their colleagues and teams from across the business within the following categories:

  • Manager of the Year
  • Sales Employee of the Year
  • Sales Team of the Year
  • Team of the Year
  • Values Award
  • New Employee of the Year
  • Employee of the Year

Chief Executive of BiP Solutions, Simon Burges, said: “As part of our internal BiP ONE programme, I’m very pleased to welcome the long-awaited return of our Annual Employee Recognition Awards in person live event, taking place on the evening of Friday 10 June.
