Finance Director
The Opportunity BiP Solutions are recruiting for a Finance Director, owing to the planned retirement of our colleague. This role would be ideally suited a commercially driven individual who has been performing the role of a Senior Financial Controller (or equivalent), ideally operating within a SME technology led business, and who is focused on taking the next step in the progression of their career and moving into a Board level role. This role will have a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy, operational performance and growth strategy of the business. Role Overview The Finance Director will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business and driving commercial insight to support strategic decision-making. This role goes beyond stewardship; this role will ensure sustainable growth through sound financial management, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute the company’s growth strategy. Provide financial modelling and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives Financial Management & Reporting Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Ensure robust cashflow management, including SaaS recurring revenue recognition and subscription metrics. Oversee preparation of timely and accurate management accounts, board packs, and statutory reporting. Commercial & Operational Finance Drive pricing strategies, margin analysis, and profitability improvement across the SaaS product portfolio. Provide insights into product performance, customer acquisition costs, and ROI on growth initiatives. Support sales and customer success
