With P4H having taken place on 13 July, it was all hands on deck for BiP’s award winning Events team. Taking place this year at the NEC Birmingham, the success of last year’s event was so great that P4H 2016 was held in a bigger venue.
Having now launched all their autumn events, the completion of P4H will only see the closing of one chapter, and the opening of another. There won’t be much downtime for the team when they morph right back into planning mode for the remaining autumn events.
Next up on the docket includes Procurex Wales Live, and this year is especially exciting as – for the first time – the GO Awards is heading to Cardiff, bringing a night of procurement celebrations to Wales.
With events such as Procurex Scotland Live, the GO Awards Scotland, LGPE and HSCA also on the horizon, autumn 2016 is gearing up to be a successful yet jam packed season for the Events team.
The team will soon be developing its strategy for spring 2017, because as Laura Aikenhead notes, “time flies when you live in events land.”
