Our EDI Code of Conduct We hold ourselves to the highest standards of professional conduct and behaviour. Our EDI Code of Conduct is designed to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and safe workplace environment for all colleagues, regardless of their background or characteristics. By adhering to this code, we uphold our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusivity.

Purpose

Our EDI policy outlines our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusivity, ensuring that all colleagues, prospective colleagues, and stakeholders are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their background or characteristics.

 

Scope

This policy applies to all our colleagues; our prospective employees who engage with in our recruitment process as well as our customers and clients with whom we engage.

The policy covers all aspects of the employment cycle, including recruitment practices, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, benefits, and termination.

Role of Leadership

Our Leadership team are collectively responsible for the overall governance of our EDO policy. Working as One Team, our leadership group are responsible for fostering our inclusive culture, promoting diversity within their teams, and leading by example in upholding our diversity and inclusivity policies.

Our Leadership team will: 

§  Lead by example and uphold the principles of our EDI policy.

§  Ensure that all employees are aware of and understand our EDI policy.

§  Address any issues or concerns related to diversity and inclusivity promptly and effectively.

§  Participate in associated training and development as outlined by the business.

 

Role of all Colleagues

All employees have a responsibility to contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace. They will:

§  Treat colleagues with respect and dignity, and in accordance with our EDI policy.

§  Participate in associated training and development as outlined by the business.

§  Feel comfortable to report any incidents of discrimination or harassment.

 

Monitoring and Reporting

Monitoring

Our commitment is to regularly review and assess our EDI practices to ensure they are effective, representative of our culture and aligned with our collective goals.

In support of that, we will:

§  Regularly review and where appropriate, update our EDI policy to reflect evolving best practices, and where appropriate, feedback from our colleagues.

§  Provide reporting to track our progress towards diversity and inclusion goals and regularly report on outcomes to our stakeholders, holding ourselves accountable for continuous improvement.

§  Ensure open and meaningful engagement with our colleagues on the ongoing evolution and development of our EDI poli

Reporting 

Any colleagues who experience or witnesses any form of discrimination, harassment and / or behaviour which does not align with what has been set out in our EDI policy should report it immediately.

This should be reported to either a member of our Leadership team and / or our People team. Our commitment is to investigate any complaint promptly and with sensitivity, and where appropriate, ensure action is taken to ensure alignment with our associated policy and procedures.
