Senior Data Scientist

We are passionate about unlocking the full commercial value of our data to drive smarter decisions, better products, and stronger outcomes for our customers.   The Role We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our data strategy. This is a high-impact, hands-on position combining deep technical execution with strategic influence across the business. You’ll lead key data science initiatives, work closely with stakeholders across commercial, product, and technical teams, and help define how we leverage data as a true business superpower. Alongside this, you will mentor and manage two junior data scientists, supporting their growth and elevating the team’s overall capability.   Working across the business Reporting into our Director of Public Policy & Research, you will operate across our business, building with internal relationships with our Research & Insights, Technology, Product, Marketing and Sales functions – as well as external relationships, with our wider data partners.
