Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a commercially minded, data-driven Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month FTC (Maternity Cover). You’ll sit at the centre of our wider marketing function, driving the online and offline activity that keeps our marketing, sales and corporate objectives aligned and on track, backed by a sharp, analytical read on what the numbers are telling you. This role suits someone with sharp written and verbal communication skills, strong commercial judgement, and genuine confidence building relationships, across the business and with external partners alike. You’ll be as comfortable interrogating campaign data as you are presenting the story it tells. Key Responsibilities Creating and delivering a segmented lead generation strategy with the goal of delivering high-quality leads into the business from across multiple channels. Strategically plan campaign initiatives and channel development to ensure all routes to market are optimised for success Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure maximum results across organic and paid search. Work with the Sales Team to optimise conversion through lead management and the development of supporting sales collateral and marketing initiatives Work with the technical Product Team to deliver best in class, differentiated products and services that drive commercial growth Product ownership of website management and development, working closely with our web design team. Implement highly successful email marketing and marketing campaigns, tailored to B2B audiences. Deliver creative brand identity and product market awareness across the whole marketing mix. Plan and produce multi-channel social media content and graphics including monthly content calendars and design briefs for the creative team. Own end-to-end webinar programmes, including run-of-show planning, promotional email and social campaigns, and post-event follow-up. Produce reactive, news-led marketing content responding to live market and procurement data. Work across multiple brand verticals within a portfolio business, adapting tone and messaging for each audience.

Event Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised, creative and commercially aware Event Co-ordinator to plan and deliver a varied portfolio of events and awards programmes. You’ll be responsible for hands-on execution, working across teams, partners and suppliers to create a great event experience. What you’ll do Own project and launch plans, timelines, milestones, budgets and post-event reporting. Build trusted relationships with sponsors, partners, senior stakeholders and internal teams. Support develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, websites and partner channels, using insight to improve performance. Lead venue selection, supplier briefings and logistics, including audio visual, catering, design, travel, accommodation and accessibility requirements. Manage awards programmes from entries and judging through to finalists, winners and ceremony delivery. On day delivery —co-ordinating teams, speakers and VIPs, overseeing set-up and resolving issues quickly. Use technology and AI thoughtfully to improve tools, processes, creative production and consistency across the events portfolio.   What you’ll bring Strong organisation and project co-ordination, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Confident communication and relationship-building across a wide range of stakeholders. Commercial awareness, attention to detail and experience tracking budgets or campaign performance.
