BiP was established in 1984 to facilitate business between the public and private sectors. What began with the printing of contracts information has since evolved into a portfolio of innovative services that add real value to supply chains. eSourcing

BiP's Delta eSourcing service enables efficient, effective and compliant procurement. Utilised by thousands of public sector buyers every day, its Tender Manager, Supplier Manager, Contract Manager, Collaboration Manger, eAuctions and Buyer Portal services can be used independently or combined to form a comprehensive and effective end-to-end procurement solution. In challenging times, Delta eSourcing delivers transparency, compliance and value for money: helping you save time and effort from reduced tender administration and management plus meet the European Commission's recommendation in the forthcoming Procurement Directives to achieve 100% electronic procurement by 2015.
