About the Role

As a result of our Marketing Executive being promoted into a Marketing Manager position within the business, this has created the opportunity for us to recruit for this role.
As a Marketing Executive for BiP, you will be working closely with the wider Marketing team, alongside key stakeholders in our product innovation and sales team, to support the delivery of our lead generation and retention campaigns across a variety of digital channels with the ultimate goal of driving the commercial objectives of the business.
  • Support and execute across multiple channels, including Email, Organic & Paid Social, Events, Website, Webinars, Sales Enablement, and other channels as we experiment
  • Report on channel performance providing suggested improvements based on data
  • Support with adhoc marketing tasks and campaigns

What you’ll need to bring

  • Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably B2B in a similar position with a passion to learn and develop
  • We will however consider a university graduate with a marketing degree providing they can demonstrate suitability for the position.
  • Experience in Email and Social Marketing including reporting on success
  • Experience with WordPress or similar Content Management Systems
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics reporting
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Awareness of Conversion Rate Optimisation tactics
  • Excellent organisation and ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with a range of stakeholders
  • Curiosity for all things digital with a data and results driven mindset

Bonus points if you have

  • Understanding of Search marketing (paid and organic)
  • Experience of Hootsuite or a similar platform
  • Design skills (e.g., Canva)
