The Village Hotel was alive with celebration on the evening of 17 June when attendees from BiP and Promark filled the venue to celebrate another successful business year.
Not a person was left empty handed as our partygoers were greeted with a selection of beers, wines and soft drinks to commence the celebrations, followed by a multi-cultural buffet, accommodating every palate.
With the annual BiP Big Fat Quiz taking place to start the evening, the thinking caps were on as our players eagerly took part, all hoping for a chance to win the star prize of an overnight stay with dinner and bed and breakfast at the Village Hotel. In the end, Charles Andrews deservedly took home the coveted prize.
Perhaps the most anticipated portion of the night, however, may have been the awards ceremony, which saw a selection of employees taking home some well deserved awards.
Well done to: Events for winning Non-Sales Team of the Year; to Public Sector for winning Sales Team of the Year; to Grant Campbell for winning New Employee of the Year and to Lynne Scott for winning the Annual Outstanding Contribution Award.
Lynne Scott said: “It was a huge surprise! I wasn’t expecting to win and was just really happy with the nominations I’ve received for the year. It definitely brightened up my weekend. All contenders had a fantastic chance of winning and it’s important to recognise employees who go above and beyond their required duties.
