How to start using PDRS
If
you have a dispute you wish to refer to expert mediation, contact the PDRS service
and we will send you and the other party copies of the Mediation application
form. Once returned to IDRS the process can start.
Alternatively, if you are already using BiP Solution's online notice creation service PROJECT you can simply register for PDRS next time you log in, and from then on any future disputes can be settled through PDRS – there is no registration cost for registration through PROJECT.
