Booking Queries
How can I register for your events?
Booking is currently available online or by requesting a booking form from our Helpdesk at events@bipsolutions.com
Which sector should I book under? (PASS)
Private Sector – Any privately owned organisations.
Public Sector – Public bodies, including local authorities, NHS, educational bodies
Third/Voluntary Sector – Charity/non-profit/voluntary organisations
What is the delegate registration fee?
To find the delegate fee for your event, visit the event homepage and click the ‘Booking’ button along the top or at the side of the page.
I have been issued with a Promotional Code which is not working. Who should I contact?
Please contact the Helpdesk on 0845 270 7095 to arrange an alternate method of booking.
I am booking online, can I pay by invoice?
When you reach the payment screen of the online booking form, you can choose to pay by invoice or by card.
To whom should I make my cheque or Purchase Order out?

When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Online Bookings – A confirmation email will be sent by our online system immediately after booking. This will be followed by joining instructions two weeks prior to the event date.
Fax/Postal Bookings – A confirmation email will be sent by the Helpdesk once your booking has been received. This will be followed by joining instructions two weeks prior to the event date.

How can I check that my booking has been received?
If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact our Helpdesk on 0845 270 7095.
How do I change the delegate name or event date for my booking?
If you need to change the delegate name or transfer to another event date, please put your request in writing by emailing our Helpdesk at events@bipsolutions.com
Please note that, if your request to transfer the event date is received within seven days of your existing event date, a transfer fee will be incurred.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation terms are as follows: Delegates unable to attend an event may transfer their booking to another BiP event of the same or lower-cost delegate fee, provided notification of such a request is received in writing by BiP at least seven days prior to the original event date. Delegates making such a request within seven days of the event will be required to pay a re-booking fee of £100 plus VAT to transfer to another event. Should you choose not to transfer to another BiP event, full settlement of the original booking fee is required. No refunds will be provided. The promoters reserve the right to amend the programme without notice.

Where is my event being held?
If a venue has been confirmed, details will be available on our website. If no details are listed, the venue is still being confirmed and will be made available online once finalised.
Information on the event I wish to attend is currently not available. Where can I find this?
If information is not available online then we are still waiting for the details to be finalised. If you wish to be added to the mailing list to receive updates, please email us at events@bipsolutions.com
What is the Start/Finish time of my event?
This information can be found by visiting the event’s homepage and clicking the ‘Agenda’ button along the top or at the side of the page.
When will I receive my delegate pack and badge?
You will receive these at the registration desk on arrival at the event.
I have special requests. Who do I make these known to?
Any dietary or access requests should be emailed to our Helpdesk.
Where can I find directions to the venue?
Venue details are available by visiting the event homepage and clicking the ‘Venue’ button.

Will parking be provided at the event?
Please contact the venue directly to confirm parking availability.
