The SOPO Scotland Conference and Exhibition will be addressing the potential improvements in three work streams, looking at best practice, potential barriers and solutions.

The work streams will address alternative delivery methods, sustainability and management processes. We will also have keynote speakers to address some of the strategic issues, which will hopefully challenge us and inspire us.

It is important that we get together to move the improvement agenda forward, to share our own best practice with others and to cement cross sector working relationships through collaboration and partnership – both internally, at the boundary of our organisations with our partners and externally with our customers and our suppliers.

Some of our key suppliers will be in attendance either as sponsors, exhibitors, or as part of workshops. We need to recognise the important role they have to play, not only in delivering products and services, but also in the contribution to improvement and innovation both pre-tender and post tender.
