BiP Solutions, through its PASS events programme, is dedicated to assisting the public sector in its professional development.
The CPD scheme aims to raise professional standards and plays an integral part in aiding an individual’s career progression. In addition, CPD can help keep you up to date with industry developments and improve your job performance, as well as helping to provide competitive advantage and deliver success for your organisation.
Those attending a PASS training course, whether held in-house or externally*, will receive a CPD certificate providing a record of their knowledge development.

About SOPO
The Society of Procurement Officers in Local Government (SOPO) engages in a range of activities to promote its strategic purchasing, contracting and supplies functions.
Representing over 3200 members, SOPO provides area networks and forums and produces guidance on best practice.
Its aim is to advise local authorities throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland on all purchasing and supplies matters of national/general interest, and represent its members on other bodies to promote the Society and its aims.
Through membership of SOPO, procurement officers join together to share best practice and influence the national agenda on how 'Best Value' is to be achieved.
