In addition to the keynote address from the Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Sustainable Growth, John Swinney MSP, the conference will cover key topics such as sustainability and will provide perspectives on procurement reform from senior managers drawn from across the wider Scottish public sector.

from the McClelland Review of Public Procurement in Scotland, as well as other vital topics, including Corporate Social Responsibility and EU procurement law, giving you an
