The
SECC (Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre), is Scotland's
national venue for concerts, exhibitions and ticketed events.
Since
opening in 1985, they have staged over 1000 different concerts
and ticketed events. SECC is an automatic inclusion on
the tour of most major artists. The SECC provides a fully
computerised Box Office which currently handles more than
a quarter of a million tickets each year for events at
the SECC and - through SECxtra - for events at other venues
throughout Scotland.
The SECC is owned and operated by
SEC Ltd, a private Scottish Company limited by shares.
SEC Ltd has two trading subsidiary companies: Scottish
Conference Centre Ltd (SCC) and SEC Project Management
Ltd (SECPM).
