Supply2.Gov.uk

Supply2.gov.uk is a dynamic new Government-sponsored service designed specifically to give companies easy access to thousands of new lower-value (typically under £100,000) business opportunities offered by the public sector. It even lets you register details about your business free of charge and receive an email alert whenever a contract opportunity that may be of interest to you is published.

Whether you are a service provider or product supplier, Supply2.gov.uk is your source for new business opportunities. Through Supply2.gov.uk you can access opportunities available from public sector organisations in your local area completely free of charge. Supply2.gov.uk allows all public sector buyers to promote their lower-value contract opportunities directly through a single portal as well as identifying local businesses that can supply any required products or services. This portal will bring together buyers and suppliers for the first time – and will be the first portal of call for lower-value new business opportunities.

BiP is a leading provider of public sector procurement solutions, offering buyers and suppliers access to probably the world's largest database of current open contract opportunities. Over 500 UK government organisations, including the UK MoD, rely on BiP's services to create and manage their contract information. BiP is the market-leading publisher of public sector open contract information, and one of the largest and most comprehensive providers of such information in Europe. As the industry authority on UK and European procurement, no company provides a more all-encompassing information service or offers a greater commitment to their clients’ business success than BiP. With over 24 years’ experience in sourcing contracts and expert knowledge of contract procedures, we guarantee that, whatever goods or services your company offers, BiP can provide countless opportunities for you to reach new customers. BiP has established itself as an authority on all aspects of public procurement, and advises thousands of organisations in the UK and Europe on how to achieve best practice in this complex and often changing environment. BiP’s Procurement Advice and Support Service (PASS) helps buyers stay compliant and improve their tendering processes, and provides suppliers with greater knowledge of how to succeed in this marketplace. BiP’s Select service provides a government-standard self-certification and accreditation scheme for suppliers, and reassurance for buyers. BiP is also a world leader in innovating and developing new products to help private sector companies identify new business opportunities and increase their competitiveness. Among these are the Market Monitor intelligence service, which delivers subscribers the latest news across the public procurement market via email alerts and an online search facility. In September 2007, BiP Solutions was awarded the Small to Medium-Sized Business of the Year Award in the National Business Awards for Scotland.

Organisations with printing policies will use as few as 15 sheets of paper per person per day compared with a less resourceful office of the same size where each person can use up to 100 sheets of paper per day*. Not only a drain on the environment, but a burden on your organisation’s bottom line.
