Business Services Association (BSA)
The Business Services Association is a policy group of major companies providing outsourced services to companies, public bodies, local authorities and government departments and agencies. The combined annual turnover in the United Kingdom of its 19 member companies is in excess of £15 billion. Member companies employ directly and indirectly more than 500,000 people, many of them at blue-collar level.

International Council for Local Environment Initiatives
The mission of International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) is to build and serve a worldwide movement of local authorities to achieve tangible improvements in global environmental and sustainable development conditions through cumulative local actions. ICLEI’s Sustainable Procurement team carries out research and develops initiatives across Europe aimed at coordinating the purchasing power of public authorities and creating a cumulative demand, thereby increasing the competitiveness of greener products and services.

Confederation of British Industry
The Confederation of British Industry's (CBI) mission is to help create and sustain the conditions in which businesses in the United Kingdom can compete and prosper for the benefit of all. CBI is the premier lobbying organisation for UK business on national and international issues. They work with the UK government, international legislators and policy-makers to help UK businesses compete effectively. CBI policy is decided by its members and senior professionals from all sectors and sizes of business are directly involved in the policy-making process. It has a network of offices around the UK in Beijing, Brussels and Washington, provides on-the-ground support for its members.

Improvement and Development Agency
Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA) works for local government improvement so that councils can serve people and places better. It also promotes the development of local government’s management and workforce. The IDeA advises councils on improving customer service and value for money and helps councils work through local partnerships to tackle difficult problems such as crime and poor public health. The IDeA is owned by the Local Government Association and belongs to local government.
