NEW OJEU PROFORMA
To facilitate the introduction of The Statutory Instruments 2006 (No.5&6) formerly known as EU Directive 2004/18 on 31st January, the European Union publications office (OPOCE) has introduced radical changes to the standard contract notification proformas, the use of which is now mandatory.

These new expanded proformas cover all procedures and processes for public works, services, supply Utility contracts and concessions.
