Whether you have enjoyed moderate success in the public sector marketplace, have built up longstanding and successful business relationships, or merely wish a refresher or an update on the latest developments in procurement processes and procedures, these PASS training modules have been specifically developed to assist all levels of supplier. Training modules will be offered on a variety of topics over the coming months, as our lecturers and specialists focus on issues particularly relevant to suppliers.

These training modules have been specially designed for the public sector buyer community and will offer in-depth guidance and interpretation of a wide variety of procurement issues, from framework agreements to mandatory exclusions and from using the competitive dialogue procedure to undertaking tender evaluation. The modules are designed to be easily understood by everyone, whether new to procurement, in need of a refresher or seeking clarification on specialised topics, and the scope of guidance will grow to match the requirements of the marketplace, whether at central or local government level, in health or education, or even in relation to environmental or social issues.

BiP’s PASS Team have been providing advice and guidance on public procurement and how to complete OJEU-compliant forms for many years and have a knowledge of the requirements second to none, not least because BiP’s Project electronic contract notice creation service is used by over 1000 public sector procurement professionals.
