BiP's Procurement Advice and Support Service (PASS) helps buyers to understand the rules of public procurement, and also how to procure more effectively. PASS also assists suppliers by providing in-depth advice on how to win public sector tenders.

PASS services include print and downloadable guidance documents, seminars and one-to-one sessions, delivered at a company's or public body's premises.
