Improvement and Efficiency West Midlands

Improvement and Efficiency West Midlands (IEWM) is the Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership (RIEP) for the West Midlands, established to help the region's 33 authorities in their drive to increase efficiency and improve services. 

IEWM provides specialist regional support in areas such as people and leadership development, performance improvement, LAA support, efficiency and procurement, transformation, and adult and children's services. There is also support for Fire and Rescue Authorities.
