CEL Procurement

Procurement for Housing (PfH) is managed by CEL Procurement which is accountable for delivering professional procurement services for private and public sector organisations in the UK. Its unparalleled expertise in contract management, centralised billing, EU-compliant tendering, sustainable supply chains and eProcurement has led to two nominations for CIPS Purchasing and Supply Management Awards.

The division manages over £100 million of products and services through its purchasing and supply chain and processes over 300,000 invoices each year for over 800 social housing, independent healthcare and education-related establishments.

The CEL Procurement portfolio includes Procurement for Housing and Independent Healthcare Procurement (IHP). PfH is the national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and is supported by the National Housing Federation, Chartered Institute of Housing and HouseMark. IHP has been delivering procurement services and expertise for independent healthcare providers since 1994. In addition to PfH and IHP, CEL Procurement also provides procurement services for The University Caterers Organisation (TUCO) and the London Universities Catering Association (LUCA).
