Corporate Procurement Services is the purchasing section for Birmingham City Council. CPS provides specialist procurement advice and support to the Council in all aspects of purchasing goods and services, ranging from small simple orders to the Private Finance Initiative. CPS ensures that the Council's values and policies are integrated into the procurement process and comply with the Council's rules and regulations, as well as national and European law.
