BiP Solutions' Select service is a free online supplier information database where suppliers can register their company details free of charge and create a Supplier Profile of pre-qualification information. The supplier profiles can then be transmitted electronically, reducing paper, reproduction and courier costs for both suppliers and buyers.
Once published, this information is accessible by thousands of public sector buyers via the Delta-ets eTendering suite. The information is then offered in an intuitive standardised format for Expression of Interest data. This helps buyers to manage and rationalise their supply base.
