BiP and NQ Consulting create new alliance to
support the Sustainability Agenda

BiP Solutions Ltd and NQ Consulting Ltd are pleased to announce
a new strategic alliance between the companies in order to
deliver Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and supplier
accreditation services as a joined-up service to practically
address the sustainability agenda within the supply base.
Sustainable development is an increasingly important concern
for the public sector. The promotion of economic development
which minimises environmental impacts while maximising associated
social benefits is an aspiration that becomes a public responsibility
when taxpayers' money is involved.
NQ Consulting is an independent consultancy with extensive
experience in supporting a wide variety of public sector bodies
across England, Scotland and Wales. Using their years of experience
in public sector procurement, NQ has developed a unique supplier
assessment tool called CAESER.
CAESER enables buying organisations to assess the awareness
and actions of their suppliers towards fulfilling

Public authorities using BiP’s Select national supplier
prequalification and accreditation service will in future
also be able to assess the CSR capabilities of their supply
base using the CAESER tool developed by NQ Consulting. This
further assists public sector organisations in better understanding
the capabilities of their supply base. In future public authorities
using CAESER will also be able to access Select registered
suppliers.
