Privacy Statement

We will not collect any information about individuals, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by them (for example, by filling out and submitting a web form, or posting a written application form). This information is used strictly in accordance with the confidentiality rules contained within the BiP Solutions Ltd. Terms & Conditions that forms a binding contract governing the use of that service by all parties. Accordingly we will not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party without your consent. BiP Solutions Ltd. treat all the data held with the utmost care and security. Any details you give will remain completely confidential.

BiP Solutions Ltd. use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all Web pages where confidential payment information such as credit card details, procurement card (such as the GPC [Government Procurement Card]), or purchase order numbers is required. Once submitted, your payment details, credit card numbers etc. will remain securely stored off-line, and will never be shared with any other company.

Without registering your details you will not be able to access any of our products and services which require a password-protected user account. However, it is possible to view many areas on BiP Solutions Ltd web sites, including areas containing a great deal of useful information, anonymously, i.e. without providing any personal details. When you do so, we don't collect personal information when you browse - not even your email address. Your browser, however, does automatically tell us the type of computer and operating system you are using.

 

Data Protection Act

Your personal data is protected in the UK by the Data Protection Act. This provides amongst other things that the data we hold about you should be processed lawfully and fairly. Network Security

BiP Solutions Ltd. safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic and managerial procedures.

Use of cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored on the user's computer containing a piece of information provided by a web server to the user's web browser, each time a page request is made to the server.

On BiP Solutions Ltd web sites and web applications, the information content is used to authenticate users, to tell users how long they have been logged on to BIP services, or to enable users to personalise the look and feel of certain web pages. We do not use cookies for collecting user information.
